Palliative Care ACT: Butterfly Pea Botanical Gin

Created in collaboration with Underground Spirits to mark Palliative Care ACT’s 40th Anniversary, this gin is inspired by the butterfly, a symbol of transformation, dignity and compassionate care that has been part of the organisation’s story since the beginning.

Crafted with blue butterfly pea flower, the gin pours a deep, serene indigo that transforms into soft violet when citrus or tonic is added. The flavour is as uplifting as the colour change: gentle florals, bright citrus, and a beautifully smooth finish.

Every bottle purchased during the anniversary year directly supports Palliative Care ACT’s volunteer program, community services and the respite offered through Leo’s Place.
