Every Cocktail High Tea booking includes a welcome Floriade Gin & Tonic, your Cocktail from a Teapot (or mocktail alternative), a beautifully curated high tea by L’épi Artisan Bakery, and plenty of time to relax amongst the flowers, soak up the atmosphere and create memories together.

Floriade Gin is our annual limited-release gin, handcrafted especially to celebrate Floriade and the arrival of spring.

The 2026 edition launches on 20th August, giving gin lovers the chance to enjoy it before the festival begins. It will be available through selected Canberra retailers, our online store and, then of course, at The Underground Spirits Gin Garden throughout Floriade.

There’s no better place to experience it than in The Gin Garden, served in one of our cocktails or as the perfect Floriade Gin & Tonic. Then, take home a bottle to keep celebrating spring long after your visit.

Do you have non-alcoholic options?

Absolutely. Alongside our cocktail menu, we offer a dedicated selection of beautifully crafted mocktails. Our much-loved Cocktail from a Teapot is also available as a mocktail, served in our vintage teapots and teacups, so everyone can enjoy the full experience together.

Is The Gin Garden open during NightFest?
