Underground Spirits is proud to return to Floriade 2025, Australia’s biggest celebration of spring, running from 13 September to 12 October in Commonwealth Park. As the season blooms, so too does a fresh wave of flavour, curiosity, and creativity in the Underground Spirits Gin Garden.
Last year’s sell-out success saw visitors sip teapot cocktails, join us for our Cocktail High Tea, and explore the sensory side of spring. This year, we’re bringing it all back—and going even further.
