A sincere celebration of the beauty and strength of the equine spirit and the occasion that has captivated the hearts of Canberrans. For this limited edition gin we used our uniquely cryofiltered wheat grain spirit and then combined these jubilant and purposeful flavors; mulberry leaves, saffron, blue cornflower, rose, the essence of sparkling wine and hint of a sweet treat too.
