1 Piece Lime Peel
4 Fresh Raspberries
20ml Red Vermouth
50ml Underground Caramel Vodka
Chill the coupe glass. In a mixing glass, muddle the raspberries and lime peel. Add the vermouth and caramel vodka. Stir for 20 seconds. Strain into the coupe glass. Garnish with grapefruit.
