2 Pieces Fresh Pineapple
¼ Piece Fresh Lime, Cut into 2 Pieces
2 Wedges of Fresh Orange
Dash of Angostrua Bitters
2 Bar Spoons of Cane Sugar or Raw Sugar
50ml Underground Sweet Lemon Vodka
Ginger Ale
Muddle the fresh pineapple, lime and orange in a highball glass to release the juices and oils. Add the Sweet Lemon Vodka, sugar and bitters, stirring briefly to combine. Fill the glass generously with ice, top with ginger ale, and give it a gentle stir. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and serve immediately.
