Underground Spirits Clink! Gin Garden at Floriade
It’s time to sit back in the spring sunshine and Clink! your glass with friends and savour the Underground Spirits flavours at Clink! Gin Garden at this year’s Floriade, Sounds of Spring, from 17th September – 16th October.
With the theme ‘Melody of Gin’ – playing on the idea of how an arrangement of notes forms a tune, the arrangement of botanicals and the way they are composed, combine to make Underground’s gins sing in harmony. And just like a selection of tunes make an album, Underground Spirits will play their whole gin back-catalogue at Floriade this year.
Our sophisticated gin garden bar will be the centrepiece for our onsite display surrounded in garden beds highlighting seasonal spring gin garnishes like rosemary and Tasmanian Pepperberry. FLORIADE COCKTAIL MELODY
Sip on a leading note cocktail featuring our gin of the week, the bespoke cocktail has been created using wonderful locally sourced ingredients. This self-guided experience shall reveal details about our gins as you also partake in a standalone tasting of the featured gin, paired with a Fever-Tree mixer of your choice and garnish to use at your own tempo. Small bites of nibbles to savour are included - and printed notes to take away to remember your Cocktail Melody.

These sessions will feature a different gin each week, with session times 12.30pm, 1:30pm, 2:30pm and 3:30pm each day:

FLORIADE CLINK! COCKTAILS WORKSHOP
Join us in the Clink! Gin Garden for a Cocktail Concerto - a hands on experience, you shall learn to make two beautiful cocktails whilst we talk through the many stories of the Canberra gins we produce. Enjoy the spring sunshine sipping on your cocktails whilst you discover assorted mixing techniques as well as some inside tips and tricks of bartending.
Two session times are available 1:00pm and 3:00pm.

Choose and create your own melody of spirits from the Underground range. Served on a tray with ice, Fever-Tree tonic (or soda) and garnish selection. You can make 4 mini G&Ts to sip whilst you sit in our Gin Garden.

Take your G&T around Floriade – so you can sip, clink and sing around the park whilst enjoying the fabulous flowers and spring sunshine. Your choice gin, served in our branded, reusable cup – keep for G&Ts on the go!
